About us
BCV had its beginnings in a small office on the outskirts of Frankston way back in 1999. The business has since grown steadily, and today possesses a large, varied and loyal client base, many of whom have been with us since the beginning. In March 2008, BCV was taken over by the current Partners, and in December 2008 we moved to our existing offices in Seaford.
